It looks like a woodlouse spider in the genus Dysdera. They can inflict a very painful bite, but their venom is not dangerous to humans.

i've asked in multiple places. half of them think it's Cheiracanthium, half Woodlouse. but both of them look the same to me so i'm confused

I owe you an apology. I re-examined your images under higher magnification, and although not too clear, the eye pattern appears closer to that of a Cheiracanthium than a Dysdera. I was mislead by the size of its chelicerae; I had never seen a Cheiracanthium with such large ones before.
