I am in N. Texas, and have noticed these browning leaves all over my mandevilla. I cut them off but then they show up on more leaves. This plant was in the afternoon sun and I moved it to the shade for a few days, then to morning sun, but the leaves keep turning brown. Any thoughts on what this might be? I'm guessing a fungus, but unsure of how to treat it if that's what it is. Thanks.
