For the last three to 4 years, my Quince tree (I was told it is not a Pear three but Quince) starts of well just after winter. I live in New York and by the time it is June, as the tree is full of leave and flowers, it starts getting yellow, brown and black spots. The fruits don't flourish and eventually all I will have is dead black leaves.
Any help or guidance which can permanently remove the disease will be appreciated. if it cannot be treated, I guess i can cut the tree and plant a dwarf variety. Thanks for your guidance. I have attached two pictures that show the diseased leaves.
