Hi Cristian,
I think it may be a Monanthes, possibly Monanthes pallens. You will know when it flowers for sure as Monanthes have very unique flowers. There is more information on this genus at the links below. If it does not turn out to be a Monanthes, it is probably some other member of the Crassulaceae plant family, but there are many many species, spread over about 40 genera. Best of luck, KK.
