CLOSED: Red headed bird identification

Unfortunately I don’t have a picture but hopefully someone on here can help me identify this bird I saw in South Alabama. It looked a lot like a red-headed woodpecker but it had a few distinguishing marks that make me question that. It had the full red head with black on the top portion of its wings, but white the rest of the way down. It also had red color under the wings. I’m not sure if this is just a color variation for red-heads, but it has me puzzled.

I think you are talking about a red-bellied Woodpecker, which frequents my backyard at Duluth; one which has stripe like blue-black marks on upper-side of its wings.
