Spots on my Red Emerald Philodendron Erubescens

I have this issue on a few of my Philodendron Red Emerald, I have this spotting on my leaves. I really don't think they are scales, Scales travel, they go up the stem then they go to the leaves. And scales do comes off easily with just a rag or a q-tip. It's not whiteflies, it's not a CMV virus because it usually comes in big splodges. This is a light speckle. It's only on the red emeralds it's not on any other of my other philodendrons or my Monstera. Maybe its from the iron from my well or water maybe its because its grown outside even if its in the middle 30s outside. ( I live in zone 10 south Florida. Could it be from a strong fertilizer or too much and I burned it from feeding it too much?? maybe someone from if its a common characteristics or trait of this plant. Please give me your thoughts what this might be, perhaps a solution too. Help! Randy
