PapayaTree - is this a female / hermaphrodite?

Hi all
I planted this papaya tree from seed a couple months ago and it is beginning to look like it may be about to flower.

Does anyone know if these are flowers? and if so, do they look like hermaphrodite flowers?

I'm hoping they are hermaphrodite flowers but having trouble differentiating them from female flowers.

I don't know about the flowers of papaya but here are some photos to help you from our friend Google. Those certainly look like flowers coming on. Are you living in Australia or Maryland?
