It's 3 years old. Gets almost full sun. It gets a bit breezy as live one kilometre from beach. Live in WA so sandy soil. I fertilize quarterly. I thought it needed more water but hasn't improved. Thinking about putting in a pot and moving to sheltered location. Appreciate any ideas.
