everyone sure must be busy today.
I played hookey from work and spent the days looking for my 5 escape calves. Seems to almost be a club here. Whose cattle are out today. Doesn't it? The thing around here is they can travel for miles. I looked far and wide and called neighbors a ways away. After walking 5 or 6 miles today through creek bottoms and following tracks I finally got a call from a neighbor today that they were over there. So happy to have found them. We are not without our russelers around here and our farm has easy access to the back part so someone could just pull up and load up some very tame calves if they wanted to..
