I'm sorry for the challenging images, but it's the best I could do with the sun against the camera.
A lot of the leaves are gone, or raked. I couldn't find fruit or fallen branches.

Looks like Ulmus sp., and probably not better than Ulmus pumila - Siberian Elm.
