I recently bought two 4" pot hibiscus plants from Hidden Valley Hibiscus. They have developed this problem (see photos), which I thought was spider mites, although I have not actually seen them. I treated them with both methods suggested by HVH with no success. They invited me to send photos to help them identify the problem, but they never responded back. I live in Clearwater FL. Thanks!
