MR:Ginseng here is the Korean G. and wheat stem daisy here i refers to the helichrysum bracteatum.the others are right.
Jianhua... i know now, what wheat stem daisy is: in the Phil. we call them everlasting [they last long too! :)] http://www.desert-tropicals.com/Plants/Asteraceae/Helichrysum_bracteatum.html http://www.dulley.com/plant/a055.shtml
korean ginseng http://www.ginsengcompany.com/panax.htm http://www.1001herbs.com/koreanginseng/ http://www.consumerlab.com/results/ginseng.asp
RRose... i show url for ALL to learn more about these plants, & how some plants are beneficial to people.
yeah, the second link is just the Everlasting--really everlasting.i have some flowers of this kind in a vase for about one and a half years, they still remain fresh.
and the fourth link is exactly the Korean Ginseng, which i have sent to many gardening friends--this is a very useful
healthcare herb.(by the way,the everlasting flowers,i have plenty seeds left--many colors;and ginseng ,about 400 seeds left).
thanks for your help,mavieRose.):
