A couple of my tomato plants have spots all over the older leaves and are turning yellow. The stems are yellowing and leaves are dying turning brown. Some of the first tomatoes I harvested also have these sores on them. Pics included. I have been doing research and I think it is Septoria Leaf spot. I have also found some caterpillars on them. One was dead. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I am gardening in western Iowa.

Is this Septoria Leaf Spot? Or What?
It does look like Septoria Leaf Spot with the light centers.
Your tomato might have Anthracnose.
Such a shame!
This article describes them and suggests some help.
