I definitely have whiteflies, but I am also noticing another pest that is leaving my leaves like this. First they curl, but I can’t Id or see the pest. I did see a few gnat like bugs, but they don’t seem like fungus gnats? Any ideas?
I purchased ladybugs and green lacewings, sticky traps all which is helping, but not fast enough,
Any ideas on how to combat?

Here are some bugs caught on my sticky paper. The white bugs are whiteflies, not sure what the fly like bug is. Is this a gnat of some kind? I think thrips are way smaller then whiteflies, but not sure what is attacking my garden, said e from whiteflies. Any ID or recommendations?
