This poor thing is 25 years old in this spot. About 5 feet high. NW corner of house, gets some winter wind, but not too much as we are located in a residential setting with lots of trees, etc. It started to have some branch die back two years ago. It set more buds than a year ago so I had great hopes, then they never opened. Any observations? I also have an old Boursault Rhody same age, now about 10 feet high or so, in full bloom, which kind of amazes me because it sits in an area at the back of my yard that tends to flood with every decent rain.
