Wow that's gotta be it!! I wonder if they have similar songs within the same region! So awesome, thanks for the help :)
That's great. They also sing a duet with their partners, pumping their wings to get maximum oomph from their voices. The butcherbirds really have the most glorious song. We have Grey Butcherbirds here and I absolutely love hear their own songs as well as mimicking other birds, magpies in particular.
