What kind of bird is this he came at my home

It is a budgerigar, or budgie for short. Native to Austrailia, it is probably someone's pet who has escaped. Here are a couple links to help you know how to care for it.

The bird is so tame, I bet the owners are looking for him. Do you have places where people might post signs looking for lost pets?

I had 1 that learned how to talk English from my larger parrot. The budgie would say about 20 words strung together as if they were just 1 word. It was so funny. 1 day Lola was flying around the dining room when my husband came in from outside in the next room. Lola took all of 1 second to fly to the next room and out the door before he could close it. Gone. She must have had her get away plan for months just waiting for her chance.
