I purchased the accohnt upgrade a few days ago and it keeps saying I don't have the upgraded paid account. I bought it and noticed it didn't update so I then purchased again and noticed same thing. Paypal went thru and charged both times.
I don't have a problen with paying twice. I can just keep the subscription twice as long. Just not sure what's going on and how long it should take. I emailed help and sent a message via paypal 3 days ago, but I haven't heard back from anyone.
How long for paid account to upgrade?
