Curious about the best method once you account for cost and time. I am looking at purchasing a couple of different trees that take longer than I would like from seed. I see options where I can buy a root or live plant. The root typically cost much less, but no idea if it's not as good of an option.
An apple tree is one that I would like. I see good prices on 1 inch thick trunk dwarf of various types. Just not sure how much faster that would be to bear fruit compared to either starting by seed or buying a live plant.
Best method to buy a tree that normally takes 3+ years to produce?
