Find Sweet Arlene

I am trying to find Sweet Arlene to grow. I have tried to contact the breeder, the greenhouse that bought out that greenhouse, all to no avail.

Background: I am new to this forum and new to roses. Always wanted to grow miniatures like my mom had. Really, really would like miniature lavender roses around my porch. Sweet Arlene seems the perfect fit. But I cannot find it?! Any help is much appreciated.

I also checked Peter Schneider's Combined Rose list and he confirms that it is available at Burlington Nursery. It is released annually.

What is the Combined Rose list? It's an annual compendium of every rose in commerce (some 15,000), who grows it and whether they will ship it. I have used to acquire several hard to find roses.
