In Cayucos Cali, at the pier. These white birds dart about and dive for fish, moving faster than I can get a focus. I only got one clear shot, but really hope one of you guys can give me an ID. Please help!

Thanks for responding! Was getting crazy with wondering what type of bird he was. Royal Tern - so swift and graceful and near impossible to photograph. Will remember this guy.
