I have hoards of aphids on my tomato plants this year. I've blasted with water & sprayed with spinosid . Any help, here?
aphids
I have always used Palmolive dish soap in water and used a hand sprayer to spray them directly. It works well.

Mosquito bits has BTi , check whether it is ok for food, reportedly it becomes harmless in soil in a very short time, also Neem oil and Neem oil cake has been effective for fungus gnat control
