I have some beautiful white Asian Lilies and some beautiful pink ones that I want to share with a friend. How do I ship the bulbs from Oregon to Virginia?

As long as they are bulbs, it is easy.
I have shipped lily bulbs by putting them in peat moss and then into individual plastic bags and put them in a cushioned box. You should probably send them by priority mail. I receive tons of bulbs and that is how it is done by professional growers.
