I have this plant labeled as a Stapelia, but I think it is mislabeled. Looks more like a Euphorbia. Bleeds white latex like a Euphorbia. No thorns or glochids, just little projections that develop into offshoots or could be tiny green flowers. Can anyone give a positive ID? Thank you all.
You were definitely right to question the ID. And, your observation of white latex oozing from the plants along with your great photos scream Euphorbia. And, also from your photos, my observation would be that you have a young colony of Euphorbia anoplia (not to be confused with the similarly spelled and pronounced Euphorbia enopla).
