What bird says Jeremy Jeremy Jeremy?

Hi, I've been trying to figure out what type of bird I've been hearing. Today I actually caught a quick glance of it for the first time!

The bird is fairly small in between the size of a finch and sparrow. It's back is light gray or maybe brown and the belly is white. When he sings he lifts his beak straight up to the sky and he sounds exactly like he is saying "Jeremy, Jeremy, Jeremy"

I have search the internet and listen to a lot of bird songs and have not found anything that sounds like this bird. His song is extremely clear and sounds just like Jeremy Jeremy Jeremy.

I am in Fort Worth area of Texas. I would love to find out what kind of bird this is. Thank you for your help!

I don't know if you figured out what bird it is by now, but try the Carolina wren. Please listen to the second sound bite -- it's only 14 seconds. I spent a week searching in spring before the Jeremy bird too until I found this.
