Anyone have any insights and experience in saving seed from bi-annual crops like carrots and onions in the tropics?
Is vernalizing necessary? I believe I've found a carrot that doesnt need this. It is giving seed but I have yet to test the new seed. What about onions? Can I harvest, cure, wait a while and just replant to get seed?
