Quick Question

Chattanooga, TN

This guy is thriving but I had to cut off one of his leaves a while back bc it was rotting and now he's lopsided. When I repot, can I cut off the bottom leaves (the two on the left and the one on the right) so that there's an even amount on both sides or will that shock him into dormancy?

Rarely do they grow centered in the pot like a perfect rosette. They lean over. So you should give the plant a regular quarter-turn toward the light source. You might consider putting the pot into a heavier pot so it won't tip over. Whatever you do, don't prune it.

Ok, thanks!
