Hey, I know it is probably too late, but I moved to NC (near Raleigh) and my wife wants me to put in a raised bed for vegetables and and get started on the flower beds.
Is there a right time to start a garden in the spring?
Do I need to be worried about freezing?
Any flowers or vegetables that do especially well here?
