Although the last option is correct, Phil did get it right this time. I really think we'll have cold temps for a while now. Not as cold as we have, which set records around here, night temps in the high teens for several nights and in the 20's for even more.

I go by how fast my hair grows .
This year my hair says it is cold - heat records breaking every day .
So much for that .
My bulbs are popping up like crazy and my trees are leafing out. Our local amphibious "Frognosticator" seems likely to be more accurate than Phil, at least for the Pacific NW.
