Today was a very sad day, the day we lost George Harrison,i saw the Beatles quite a few times before they were famous, and to us in the 60s they were like fresh air . Bye George, thanks for the music.

a sad loss, i guess he's at peace now.. i wish i was old enough to have seen them (The Beatles), i guess we have his music now..

I never saw them live. They came to Middlesbrough in the sixties but my Mum and Dad wouldn't let me go and see them. I thought my life had been blighted for ever.
I saw a lot of the really good folk singers live at the clubs when I was at uni. Just a pity the Beatles weren't there too.
