I can't quite make out what type of orchid this is.
The cultivar will be near impossible to establish, I would imagine!
Any help would be appreciated :)

Dendrobium kingianum. There's species variability with shading and lip markings including an alba. As for flower form, the extent of opening is also variable.

Very welcome! I like your photos. The Australian continent is home to a huge number of Dendrobium species. None of which I grow very well or at least for very long. It's hard to get the dry/wet seasons to correlate with other orchids I grow. While Den. kingianum has been hybridized ad nauseum, and its sprays are valued in the florist trade, I prefer the species with sp. var. alba/album a favorite. I killed a nice one.
