There's a new bug in my garden: it's very shiny, looks like a cross of black widow and aphid, is much larger than aphids, maybe 1/8+in. Young are shiny red. It is on my tomatoes, causing black spots, and on comfrey flowers. When I part the tomato leaves they hide or drop off quickly. I've been gardening many years and have never seen them before. Can't find any reference source. Ideas?
