It landed on my brother-in-law's deck and he videoed it with his cell phone.
Throughout the video, it is being harassed by a couple of what I think are Mockingbirds. It didn't seem too put-out by them, but it did watch them come and go,
The last two photos show a Mockingbird harassing it.

Yep. An immature, from the brown tail (the tail only gets reddish in adults, with the late summer moult at about 12-14 months old).
