These are pictures of my Bay Leaf tree. It's in a huge pot, some sun, some shade. The leaves appear to be browning from the vein out. Overall the tree just looks unhealthy. I suspect maybe overwatering? Any thoughts?

Drain hole in pot could be plugged and water may be soured. Leaves look like they are burned. I have a bay leaf tree that is close to 30' tall and the roots go everywhere. Could also be root bound. How long has it been in the pot?
