Hi, I'm going through old photos and came across this hawk. This was taken January 6. I was at an RV park about an hour west of Phoenix Arizona. This hawk dive bombed the birds at my bird feeders then landed in a palm tree next to my RV and posed for a picture briefly. I recall it being a small/medium sized raptor. Some of the shadowing from the tree is adding stripes to the bird so it's hard to tell what's really a stripe & what's just a shadow. I am leaning towards Northern harrier or Coopers hawk but not totally sure. Thanks for the help!

CLOSED: Arizona hawk
Sharp-shin for me - looks small, and very square-cut tail tip.
