So I live the North where there was a cold snap a few weeks ago, where night temperatures dropped below freezing again. I was away on business so I don't actually know if there was frost in the garden. I returned a couple of days later to find a whitish thing developing on some of the leaves, on quite a few plants. Could they be frost damage, or is this some sort of fungal thing? (I've never seen frost damage before as I've just moved to the North!)
Is this frost damage or some sort of fungal infection?
