an absurd iris?

So I found this iris in the butterfly garden at the Cedar Ridge Preserve in Dallas County today. It glitters. I've never seen a plant glitter before. It's very pretty, but frankly also a bit ridiculous. Anybody know what it's called? I'm no good at named cultivars.
