Tallahassee, FL. Satsuma tree which produced a lot of healthy fruit last fall. Many of the leaves have this scab-looking stuff on the back and kind of a dark tint on the front. Please help ID this problem - and suggestions to treat are welcome! Thank you so much.
Is this citrus scab?
I don't have an answer but suggest you post your pictures and question in the Insect and Spider Identification forum. I always get answers in that forum.
Maybe White Wax Scale? Can you rub them off?
