(ponditis) Nancy Floerchinger

Nancy, best known as ponditis or Lani to her DG friends, joined us in March of 2001. She lived in Lincoln City, Oregon, and was an avid gardener and lover of Hosta, and she was a frequent and generous plant trader from the early days of the site, as well as a frequent poster on the prayer forum. After an extended illness, she passed away on February 14, 2016.

Lani was a wonderful contributor on DG. She will be greatly missed.

I met her when she lived in Idaho. She raised koi, had miniature horses, a big white guard dog, a few sheep and some goats. The ponds and water feature with a big waterfall in her back yard were great. They moved to the Oregon coast about 2 years ago and she loved it there where she could breathe better than in Idaho's dryness.

I am sad to hear of Lani's passing.

Lani will be missed here in The Garden....she was a wonderful person~!

Loved Lani. We always thought we'd finally meet one day if I got to the west coast again.
