Does anyone know much about Geese and their eggs? My daughter is allergic to chicken eggs, so we're considering other bird eggs. Do geese lay eggs throughout the year like chickens, or are they spring layers like turkey?

Koidu, Sierra Leone

Most geese are mostly migratory birds, so they lay their eggs (usually only one nest)in spring. This egyptian goose is one of the few geese/ ducks that breed in trees.
