Hey folks. Can anyone identify this flower? I bought it at Shoprite (of all places) this week (it's Labor Day here in zone 6). It's a 24' shrub (in a 10" pot) with prolific furry bottle brush shaped flowers. The blooms seem to grow in length as they mature, starting at about 1/2" long and finishing at 3" long. Bloom color radiates from rose (at the base) to deep magenta at the pointed tip. Help?
Perhaps a variety of Celosia.
