I found this hosta at a local garden center. It was labeled as Maui Buttercups. I honestly liked it because it had what looked like a green flower growing out of it and I thought it was interesting. When I got home, I googled hosta Maui buttercups, and found out it has purple flowers.... so what is growing out of my hosta? (I'm not complaining, I love it, I'm just very curious)
Sometimes first year flower is kind of a funky looking thing but never saw anything quite like that before. If you like it enjoy it . I doubt it will do that next year.
