Fungus on my blueberry stems?

I apologize if this is the wrong forum. This is on some of the blueberries, a couple of fruit trees and a cherry shrub.

If you know the name I can look up how to fix it even if it means taking out the bush and burning it. We have 30 blueberries and two have this on it.

I think those are just lichens.
