CLOSED: First photo left to right is Male Wood Duck, Female Wood Duck, Rust-colored Mystery bird 1, Dull-colored Mystery Bird 2, and a random Canada Goose. Second photo is same birds, female Wood Duck is now farther right, and dull-colored bird looks like it might have a light-colored marking behind its bill.
CLOSED: We are calling them a pair of Cinnamon Teal - Thank you

Bad photos of good ducks
The rust colored duck might be a Cinnamon Teal, and the dull-colored bird looks like a male Blue-winged Teal with the white mark on its face.
Thanks. Both are found here an I had considered Cinnamon Teal - but it looks so too big between the Wood Duck and Goose. I guess it could be perspective problem causing an optical illusion.
Yep, a pair of Cinnamon Teal - the bright one is male and the dull one female.

This should be CLOSED but I haven't figured out how to do it.
When they upgraded, all the Identification forums seemed to have lost this ability. I belong to another bird forum and they've never had a "closed" feature, and it's been fine without it. The resolved threads just get pushed down and out of sight.
