A three pseudobulb piece of Encyclia polybulbon was gifted to me by Steve Arthur of Steve Arthur Orchids years ago. I posted it in bloom for the first time here 1/22/12. This miniature, mat forming orchid scrambles through coconut fiber but I'm not happy with results on the coconut palm "boot" I mounted it to and will remount come spring. The flowers are approximately one half inch. Easy grower and year 'round attractive plant if you are interested in mini species.
Experimenting with cheapy lenses on my tablet. Pics are hit and miss but it sure beats the time required to stage, transfer and post macro shots with a camera.
