Site updates and an updated forums list?

Where is the "DG Site Updates" forum? Clicking the link to that forum from the forums main page returns only the full list of forums. Even going to a thread I have posted in, and using the link at the top to go up one level, returns back to the main forums page. This also happens when trying to view the "Propagation" forum, but rather taking the user to the forum it has been moved to, takes one back to the main forums page! Is there an UPDATED list of the forums, ANYWHERE on this site, to save users from simply going in circles trying to find something?
