One of my favorite species, Maxillaria sanguinea. This is a second and smaller plant in my collection. The first finished blooming last week. Flowers last about three weeks and are not fragrant like Max. tenuifolia. Unfortunately the tablet camera does not capture the spotted throat.
That is one happy looking plant.
The orchids were pretty unhappy for the last several years as I had to travel frequently and leave the greenhut on autopilot. Getting happier.
