Arlington, TX

Does anyone know these? I'm not totally sure they are native but the pics were taken by someone who says they were growing by the roadside in south Texas.

I do not know the names of them but I have seen these growing along HWY 64 between Canton and Tyler in years past.

Magnolia, TX(Zone 9a)

Searching- 2 reminds me of a Columbine...or maybe a gaura. Hmmm, Clammyweed I dont think so.

1 needs better leaf and flower pic. Have seen them, but not recently enough- maybe a germander?

Glad you are back, and as usual I have no clue

Red Oak, TX

The white flowered one is Scorpion Tail (Heliotropium angiospermum), a great nectar plant for small species of butterflies (hairstreaks, blues, skippers). Don't recognize the other one.
