I know NOTHING about 'shrooms(other than they are good on bugers and steaks).............so perhaps this question is rather dumb, but I am going to ask anyway.
Just what is it that makes some mushrooms poisonous? Is it the same thing in all of them? What about toadstools? What is the difference between the two? Are all toadstools poison?
I don't know how anyone can tell all those mushrooms apart and to know which are safe to eat and which aren't. Euell Gibbons, perhaps, but he is no longer with us. LOL
