Garbage management tips- any?

Hey all,
I’m new to this community and really happy to be a part of this. As a newbie here, I would like to get some ideas on managing the garages at home. I’m planning to extend my garden by using the space that I was left for garbage disposal. So I’m not sure how to manage these garbage without the extra space. Most of my neighbours here are using bins rented from Junk It http://www.junkit.ca/ . Is that the best option to manage the waste? Does anyone have any other input?
